Hi Melanie,

I’m writing in response to your request to take a tour of the St. John’s campus of Memorial University. I am delighted that you are interested in studying at Memorial and would be glad to arrange a campus visit for you. I have scheduled your tour to begin at 3:00 pm today, May 10th. Your tour will begin in room A-2009 of the Arts & Administration Building. For your convenience I have attached a map of the campus.

As well, I ask that you please reply to this email to confirm your tour booking. Also, if you require parking during your visit please let me know and I will provide you with a temporary permit.

Again, we are looking forward to meeting with you in. If there is anything else I can do prior to your arrival please feel free to let me know.

Best Regards,

Kevin

Thank you for your help with the Center for History’s Spring Fashion Tea.  You all did a wonderful job.  From helping in the kitchen to showing off some of our costumes, our guests enjoyed it all.  I hope you had a good time too.

The Center is an active education center and always in need of people offering to assist us.  If any of you would like to volunteer this summer I would love to have your help from social media to cataloguing the historic collection.  Just let me know and we can talk about what your interest is.

I’m sure I mentioned the center is having another event this Friday, May 11th.  President and Mrs. Lincoln will be attending our Wheaton Civil War Fair along with Mary Bickerdyke and Dr. Gaskill.  Obviously these people are reenactors portraying historic figures.  Dinner, Civil War music and auction are also part of the festivities.  It starts at 6:30 pm and I need help to serve the food.  Food is always involved.  You should be done by 9 pm.  Recommended attire would be business casual or dark pants and button shirt for guys and nice top for girls.

Look forward to seeing some of you on Friday.  Kindly let me know and feel free to ask your friends.

Thanks.

Dear Mr. Morrison:

Thank you very much forthe information concerning theThe BSL and JD program. I intend to apply for a BSL program, and I also would like to go for the JD. I am a Canadian attorney, but I now live in Maine, USA. I earned a law degree (LLB) form the University of Quebec, Montreal Canada and I became a member of the Quebec Bar, CANADA.

However, I intend to apply in 2013 since I am now on two jobs.

Questions:

1) When we become students at the AHU, can we exchange and have the assistance of the professor during the session?

2) Since I earned a law degree, can I have advanced standing for some courses?

3) If I go for the JD, do I need to pass the baby barof California because I do not want to practice law in CALIFORNIA? I may consider an academic career.

4) please, note that I have several academic qualifications; I earend three B.A.s and two Master degrees, one in Public Administration and one in International Affairs, all from Canadian universities.

5) Is it possible to order some books in advance so that I can read the materials before apply for the BSL program next year?

6) Any suggestions are welcome.

Thank you

Fitzgerald W.

I have purchased the plane tickets for our trip to Tampa in March.  The confirmation is attached as a web page.

We leave:

March 7

7:10 pm MCI
10:35 pm TPA
Nonstop Flight 306

We return

4:30 pm TPA
6:30 pm MCI
Nonstop Flight 885

Per ticket price is:  387.40

Confirmation Code (If you need to add your FF number):  IVAMC4

As of yet, it is unsure if Bones will be going, so I have not yet purchased his ticket.  If the price for our eighth ticket is higher, I expect that we will all share the difference.  This can be evened out later by Rick.  Is everyone O.K. with that?
